Player's Complaint

I played and lost 4,000 € when they told me I had gone against betting rules re bonus . I played completed my wager requirements and won 1000€ withdrew on 1/10/19 they delayed saying I had again breached bonus but I fought they approved my withdrawal on the 22/10 but funds still haven’t arrived. I have lost my Dad in the middle of this and this is causing me huge distress
